Tantra Introduction Workshop for Singles

This evening is for anyone who is curious about the beautiful world of tantra and who wants to discover new areas in themselves. Especially in this time when we are overflowing with busyness, stimuli and urge to perform, tantra gives concrete guidance to be in the 'here and now', out of the head and in the body. And especially to make deeper contact with yourself and others. You will experience more connection with the essential in yourself and in contact with others it will flow more. When do you really make time to feel with full focus and attention?

What are we going to do? From the wide range of tantra practises, we have collected the most beautiful exercises for you and bundled them in an evening as an accessible, cheerful introduction to the world of tantra. Tantra embraces everything in life and excludes nothing. It is an ancient spiritual path to more consciousness and love. Tantra sees every experience, thought and feeling as an opportunity to expand (tan) and experience more freedom (tra). We invite you to breathing exer- cises, sitting meditations, caress and massage and specific tantric meditations from an ancient tradition.

Do you feel attracted, are you curious, but also a bit hesitant? Rest assured, we create a safe environment and no worries, the workshop is focused on intimacy and not sexuality, suitable for everyone and not naked. Be welcome, alone, or with a friend.

We strive for an equal number of men and women to participate in the meditations, during the evening there is always a change of occasional partner. You can also do the meditations with the same (occasional) partner. You are going to feel your essence and be vulnerable, meet yourself and each other on a deeper and different level, you get closer to yourself, your cells wake up, are on, energy comes back and routine and rut leaves.

The workshop will be in Dutch or English spoken if needed.

About Stef 

Stef has been moving on the path of tantra for more than 12 years now. The call of tantra came from within; from a desire for connection with one's true self and from a desire to connect more deeply with others. He has taken many training courses at various tantra schools and is a member of the Wildtantra team. His spiritual name is Safar which means inner journey. He has received this name from his teacher Pema Gitama of WildTantra. Stef has been a senior partner of KPMG for many years and chose 12 years ago to walk the path of personal development full time. He is a certified MMS coach, has done many therapeutic and coaching courses, including at Phoenix and has a practice as a personal and business coach ( www.withalittlehelp.nl ). He enjoys guiding people on their individual path to self-realization.
